Company Leadership
Jeff Earl – Founder
Jeff Earl founded Foundation Masters in 2003 to address complex structural
and foundation failures that standard repair approaches often cannot resolve.
He remains directly involved in project evaluation, solution development,
and execution oversight.
Jeff’s background combines structural remediation, deep foundation systems,
soil stabilization, and water management. His approach emphasizes
cause-and-effect analysis, constructability, and long-term performance.
He is frequently consulted on projects involving recurring failures,
high-risk conditions, and situations where prior repairs have not succeeded.
Ken Sands, P.E. – Civil & Structural Engineer
Ken Sands, P.E. is a Florida-licensed Professional Engineer with extensive
experience in civil and structural engineering design.
His work focuses on structural analysis, load transfer systems,
foundation design, and engineering solutions that are both technically
sound and constructible in real-world conditions.
By working closely with construction teams, Ken ensures that engineered
solutions translate effectively from design to execution.
