Piling Systems
One firm for every kind of pile. Foundation Masters designs, manufactures, drives, drills, tests, sells, and rents the full range of piling systems, from our own proprietary pipe pile line and deep foundation methods to steel sheet piling for seawalls, cofferdams, and retaining walls. This is the complete lineup, all in one place.
Florida’s Longest-Running Foundation Repair & Structural Engineering Firm
For more than 25 years, Foundation Masters has designed, engineered, and installed foundation repair, underpinning, deep foundation, waterproofing, and structural stabilization systems. As Florida’s longest-running foundation repair company under continuous ownership, Foundation Masters continues to provide engineered solutions backed by decades of field experience, documented project performance, and proprietary foundation systems developed specifically for Florida conditions.
Deep Foundation Methods
Jump straight to any pile method. Each one suits different soils, loads, access, and structures, coordinated so design decisions stay consistent across the project.
The core pile methods we engineer and install. Every one is verified by load testing and documented in a signed and sealed engineering report.

ExploreThe engineering behind the piles: soil investigation, limestone drilling, and the load testing that proves every system before it is accepted.
Soil Borings
Geotech inputSubsurface investigation and soil borings that drive pile type, depth, and capacity decisions.
ExploreLimestone Drilling
Pre-drillDrilling through Florida limestone to set, socket, and seat piles where driving alone cannot.
ExploreGeotechnical Engineering

ExploreEvery Pile, Proven by Load Testing
Capacity is proven, not assumed. Across all of our piling systems we verify performance with static, bi-directional, tension, and lateral load tests, plus integrity testing on cast-in-place shafts, then document the results in a signed and sealed engineering report before the piles are accepted.
Piling Systems FAQs
What piling systems does Foundation Masters offer?
Foundation Masters offers the full range: steel pipe piles (our proprietary FM-PP25 through FMPP100 systems), driven concrete piles, drilled shafts, micropiles, helical piers, push piers, timber pilings, and steel sheet piling for seawalls, cofferdams, and retaining walls, all engineered, installed, and load-tested in-house.
Do you sell and rent sheet piles, or only install them?
Both. We engineer and install sheet piling, we sell and rent new and used steel sheet pile sections from our inventory, and we will also market and sell your surplus sheet piles for you.
Which pile system is right for my project?
It depends on your loads, soils, access, and structure. Light-to-moderate residential loads often suit helical or push piers; heavy and coastal structures suit pipe piles, concrete piles, or drilled shafts; tight-access underpinning suits micropiles; and waterfronts and excavations use sheet piling. We confirm the choice with soil borings and engineering.
Are your pipe pile systems proprietary?
Yes. The FM-PP25, FM-PP30, FMPP30-FS, FMPP45, and FMPP100 are Foundation Masters’ own engineered and manufactured pile systems, load-rated from 20 tons to 100 tons for different soils and structures.
How is pile capacity verified?
By load testing. Depending on the pile type we perform static, bi-directional (Osterberg cell), tension, and lateral load tests, plus integrity testing such as Crosshole Sonic Logging on cast-in-place shafts, with results documented in a signed and sealed engineering report.
Do you design and install, or just one?
Both. Foundation Masters is a design-build firm. We engineer the foundation, manufacture our proprietary systems, install with our own crews and rigs, and test the result, coordinated from soil borings through final acceptance. Request an engineering review to get started.
