Residential and Heavy Civil Construction. Bring your expertise to projects that matter.
These are live service lines, not a wish list. Have a look at what we actually build before you write to us.
Foundation Masters is building a team of engineers who enjoy solving challenging problems and seeing their work take shape in the field. From residential foundations and structural repairs to demanding heavy civil construction, our work connects engineering judgment with practical execution.
We are a Florida licensed engineering firm, CA# 30969, operating in the state since 2014. We design the repair, seal the plans, pull the permit and build the work. That means the person who draws it is usually standing on the site when it goes in, which is the part most engineers tell us they have been missing.
We welcome introductions year-round, whether or not a specific opening is posted.
Good People. Challenging Work. Solutions You Can Stand Behind.
Work directly with company leadership and field teams to investigate conditions, develop solutions, and help guide projects from planning through construction. Our goal is a positive, collaborative environment where your experience is respected, your ideas are heard, and everyone takes pride in the finished project.
01 · Civil and Structural

02 · Residential Foundations
Foundation evaluation, structural repair, and lasting stabilization solutions.
03 · Deep Foundations
Piling systems, deep foundation work, and support of excavation.
04 · Heavy Civil Construction

05 · Ground and Water

You will not be handed one narrow lane. Most of our people touch several of these in a given month, which is how judgment gets built.
