01Our warranty
Foundation Masters, LLC provides a transferable lifetime warranty on the installed FM-PP25, FM-PP30, FM-PP45 and FM-PP100 pile systems, and on the installed Drainage and Hydrostatic Relief System, against failure resulting from defects in workmanship or installation.
02What lifetime means
Coverage lasts for the life of the structure the system was installed to support, at the property identified in the signed agreement.
03What we will do
If a covered failure occurs, Foundation Masters, LLC will inspect the condition and, where the failure is covered, re-drive, re-adjust or replace the affected piles, or repair or replace the affected drainage and hydrostatic relief components, at no charge.
Restoration of finishes is not included. This includes drywall, paint, tile, flooring, landscaping, hardscape, and any material removed to gain access to the system.
04Limits of this warranty
This is a service warranty. The only remedy under it is the corrective work described in Section 03, performed by Foundation Masters, LLC or its designated contractor. This warranty does not provide for cash payment, refunds, reimbursement of amounts paid to others, or any other monetary compensation.
Foundation Masters, LLC is not responsible under this warranty for incidental or consequential damages, including damage to the structure, finishes or contents, loss of use, relocation or living expenses, or loss of property value. Work performed by others on the warranted system is not reimbursed and may void this warranty.
The obligations stated in this warranty are the only obligations Foundation Masters, LLC undertakes for the warranted system and are given in place of all other warranties, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.
05Payment and reinstatement
Coverage begins on the date the installation is complete and the contract is paid in full. This warranty is conditioned on payment according to the signed agreement. If any payment is missed, late, or withheld for any reason, including a dispute, the warranty is void.
A voided warranty may be reinstated once the full contract balance has been paid, together with a reinstatement fee equal to five percent (5%) of the contract price. Coverage resumes on the date the balance and fee are received.
